Weaving Journey
“Weaving Journey” is a short film collaboration between local Guangzhou artist Jayce Chen and ITR Visuals. As part of Jaycee’s art installation of hand woven textile pieces, we helped her develop a short video essay in which we explored the relationship between waving, humanity and nature.
A 4 minute visual poem with a minimalist approach and composition that seeks to highlight the beauty behind weaving and handcrafting.
Filmed with a Sony a7s3 and DZOFILM Gnosis (24, 32, 65).

短片以艺术家JC陈胤霖与其编织装置作品《织时》为拍摄记录的主体，用简单淳朴的镜头语言展示艺术家的手与各种棉线之间产生的种种可能性、以及人与自然的关系。
在用镜头呈现视觉美感的同时，主创团队Is That Real Visuals也为影片创作了各种大自然和织机工作时的声音，希望最大程度为观者还原出一个观照手工织布这项原始而永恒的工艺自然之美的窗口。
